1-2-1 sessions with private clients.
There is no sugar coating it, these sessions are for those who are ready to take back their POWER and grow into their TRUEST SELF - I can teach you the ways, but you have to WANT to make the changes. It can be tough, but I am here to support you.
Motivating groups of 5 or more to search, find and confidently present their truest, most authentic self to the world. Reminding them that CONFIDENCE LEADS TO GREATNESS!
These sessions can take place at home, at work, or at any space you have available to you. Just get in touch and we can organise, just about, anything!
With more, 'you did what, now?' stories, sordid tales and adventurous escapades up my sleeve than I care to think about, plus a couple of class-a addictions, a fair amount of bullying, some serious body shaming sprinkled on for good measure, and all topped off with an intensely emotional and passionate journey to find the real me. Nothing beats sharing my journey with others, in the hopes that they can learn from my mistakes instead of having to make their own.

The home of my workshops and retreats. I create a safe space, where all are welcome to share their stories. A space where I and other practitioners teach transformational techniques that have elevated our lives, and can most definitely make a difference to yours. A space where we openly encourage sticking two fingers up to the 'norm'... a space that our ancestors would be proud of. Workshops and retreats will resume in 2021 (hopefully)

My goal is to create and live the most authentic, fun-filled, integrity-driven, creatively-enhanced, adventure-fuelled, socially-brimming, story-worthy, emotionally-beautiful life that I can. And, for that to happen....I CHOOSE to say YES to anything that I believe will help me achieve my goal and NO to anything I believe will hinder me.
Please know, I will never dismiss an idea, collaboration or opportunity if I have not given it the time and space in my heart and mind to be acutely contemplated.
